Problems with Sync

Postby bilbo_b on Thu Jul 08, 2010 9:18 am

Hello from germany. Thanks for this program. Its the best i have found at this time but i have some question about it:

i have entered a test event in Google Calendar and synced them to the Phone (Im using a HTC Diamond with WinMo 6.1, latest Stock ROM from HTC). the event is there, but its marked as privat in the phone. in google i can choose between Default, Privat and Public. In WinMo i can choose Normal, Personal, Private and Confidental. I want all the events (in Google and in Outlook and Outlook Mobil) as Normal. How can i do this?

Second Question is: i think the sync need a lot of time. Also when i have only added one Event or have chaged them. Is there a way to increase the speed?

Right now all events are set to private on the phone. I will look into changing this so that it uses the Google setting.

I am also working on a new version to speed up the sync. Stay tuned!

Thats great!. Its the best program i have seen for Google Sync at this time. Very easy handling. In most of the other programs (also the comercial ones) it is very hard to setup category mapping to calendars. Not here... thanks for that...

Unfortunately I have not had a lot of time to work on this lately due to vacations, etc.. but I have made progress and I do plan on picking it up again within the week's end..
